Quick & easy to do and the perfect afternoon snack
Ingredients
10-15 Medjool dates
Pure crunchy peanut butter (or any pure unsweetened nut butter)
2 bars of Meraki Cacao (either Inca, California or Ole)
Method
- Melt cacao bars in a bowl
- De-pit the dates
- Stuff each date with a small amount of nut butter
- Coat each date in melted cacao and place on greaseproof paper
- Place in the fridge to set
- Enjoy one or two with your favourite hot drink
