This delicious and healthy raw cacao mousse is rich filling and high in protein. Dairy free it is made from only five ingredients and is very quick and simple to make.

Ingredients

1 small block of silken tofu 340g

3 tablespoons of maple syrup or 2 tablespoons of Palmyra Blossom Nectar

1 teaspoon of pure Vanilla essence

1 tablespoon Meraki Cacao Mysa powder

150g of Meraki Cacao bars (melted) – we used Inca but you could use Ole or Coast

Method

1. Blend silken tofu, sweetner & vanilla extract

2. Add in Mysa & melted Meraki Cacao bars

3. Blend very well until smooth and all combined

4. Spoon into your favourite bowls or glasses

5. Grate over some Meraki Cacao bar (the same one you used in the recipe)

6. Chill in the fridge

7. Enjoy!
