Sorrel is name of a spiced drink traditionally used during celebrations in the Caribbean and parts of Africa. Sorrel which is also known as Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa), is a type of tropical hibiscus flower. Our special edition bars are inspired by the Sorrel drink, infused with the essence of hibiscus, ginger, spices, and lime. The rich, velvety cacao pairs so well with the tangy-sweet notes of hibiscus. The warmth of ginger and aromatic spices harmoniously blend, infusing the chocolate with a wonderful festive flavour.
