Delicious whole food cookies made with our Meraki Cacao bars together with nutritious ingredients. Free from dairy.
A perfect snack.
Ingredients
100g or 3/4 cup Self Raising Flour (can also use gluten free SR flour)
75g or 3/4 cup organic porridge oats
50g or 1/2 cup of SugaVida (Palmyra blossom nectar)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
75g or 1/2 cup of unsweetened natural almond or peanut butter
50ml or 1/2 cup of unsweetened plant milk (we used Plenish almond milk)
50g or 1/2 cup of dried sour cherries
50g or 1/2 cup of chopped Meraki Cacao Inca bar

Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C fan / 350°F. Line your baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Mix together flour, oats, cinnamon & Sugavida & a pinch of salt in a bowl
- Add coconut oil, milk, nut butter, cherries, chopped cacao bar and mix thoroughly
- Take handfuls of the mix and form a ball – place each ball on the lined tray
- Press a piece of Meraki Cacao Inca bar into the centre of each ball to flatten
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Cool on a wire tray
- Enjoy with your favourite hot drink or a cup of our Mysa or Koselig
