Koselig is part of range of cacao drink mixes. It is made from our Inca bar - We stone grind raw organic Peruvian cacao nibs together with other organic, nutritious ingredients. Koselig is the Norwegian equivalent of Hygge. It is a feeling of cosiness, togetherness, warmth, happiness and being content.
Enjoy as a hot drink or sprinkle over porridge, pancakes, yoghurt etc.

I used this pouch in no time to make several ‘hot chocolates’. I love the very natural crumbly ‘granules’ that melt so well with a bit of hot water, making a smooth velvety mix with absolutely no grittiness. It mixed well with my hot almond milk to make a lovely drink. I must admit that I have tried some other cacao powder drinks that can be gritty and quite bitter but this Koselig drink is nothing like that at all as it has a lovely mellow and smooth flavour which is very comforting and pure. So nice to be able to enjoy a raw cacao ‘treat’ with lovely and organic ingredients!
