Our award winning bar (silver at The Academy of Chocolate Awards 2022) is inspired by the flavours used by the Mayans to drink their hot cacao. Delicately spiced with a little hint of chilli at the end with a lovely tone of honey. This bar also makes a lovely hot drink if you blend a few pieces with a mug of hot water.

Thought I couldn’t like this bar as much as the first one I tried, but I loved it. A slight kick with the chilli, but beautifully balanced….I’ll be buying more….would recommend to any chocolate lovers…
